This whole situation has turned into a victory for all, including Assad. In my opinion, Assad has made an important and clever strategic move which will avert war unless he backflips on what was agreed to.

Then you should be able to determine the differences between the 'Original' and failed intentions (and outcome) of both 'Obama' and 'Cameron,' compared to the successful intentions (and outcome) of the superior intelligence and negotiating skills of 'Putin'.
