Most of you will know that Lord Maginnis of Drumglass, (also known simply as Ken Maginnis) a Northern Ireland politician who wasn't happy with the Peace Agreement up there and in the CY context a great, great supporter of Partition and "trnc"... who loves the Occupied Areas so much he seems, in circumstances that are not clear to me, to have acquired a property up there.

Well, he has been convicted of an incident of what is called Road Rage and which some of us will know better as Common Assault by a Court in Northern Ireland.

He's got away with a £200 fine and ordered to pay compensation to his victim, a youngster of 21.

He had tried to argue in the GB Parliament that the assault was what he called "a non-offence". Some of us will think that an assault is an assault and not some kind of Peace Operation.

Ο δικαστής Τζον Μίχαν (John Meehan), δικαστηρίου της Βορείου Ιρλανδίας, είπε ότι το υβρεολόγιο του λόρδου Μαγκίνις άφησε το θύμα, κ.
