The main problem is that before you even post you've already decided that whatever reply you might get will be wrong or hateful because the person replying is a GC. Whenever you read something you don't like you immediately call us liars or hypocrites because of our origin, and you insist on it.

Apart from Kurupet, GiG and a few other loonies, most of the GC posters here try to view you as individuals and assess your opinions without disregarding you because you are a TC. I've had the pleasure of holding conversations and discussions on this topic with a few Turks and TCs in my every day life and I got to listen to a wide spectrum of opinions.

Personally, I don't give 2 cents about Enosis, or Greece. I just want to see a unified country where the only identity existing is Cypriot and where all Cypriots can move around freely and live where they like.

Isnt the above the same in reverse? a GC is so brain washed they have nothing positive to say about us or the Turks, so this creates a visicious untrusting circle. Whatever we post is shot down before they even have time to digest it...so how can one trust people with such mentality the world is built around an eye for an eye mentality as the person who does not respond will over time lose everything.What you want to see is a united Cyprus for us it has danger written all over it because the watering down tactic of we are all Cypriots mentality places the advantage of control and dominance clearly in the hands of the GCs forcing us into what is the unitmate goal of the Gcs minority status...this we will never accept.

But you are a minority, so why should you not accept minority status. Are you supermen, each worth four Greek Cypriots? Put aside the "equal communities" crap that Turkey managed to screw out of the Zurich agreement for you and give one good logical reason why 18% of the population is equal to 80%.

Can't you see that to a Greek Cypriot the rights/power/concessions granted to you in 1960 were, to many GCs, a return to Ottoman dominance. The so-called equal communities business did exactly the opposite to that intended, instead of safeguarding your individual rights it placed you at odds with your fellow Cypriots, but that was what Turkey and the likes of Dentash wanted all along, you've been used and we have been mugged.

Recognised by the world in an agreement that the Greek Cypriots were forced to sign or face partition. Why should 80% of the population live in fear of the neo-Ottomans?
