Ethnic cleansing and attempted genocide by Greeks in Cyprus

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...and force us into minority status in our own country, this of course we will never allow.

How can we 'force' you into minority status when you are already just that, a minority.

You think that just because your were brought up as a Turk that you have been magically meted the righteous upper hand and your judgement is so skewed that you actually believe that Turkey is a beacon of justice and that everyone else should take it and like it.

Personally, you sound like a spoiled primary school child telling the other children that your dad is better than their dad and that your dad is gonna kick everyone's arse.

Unfortunately for you, your Turkiye is one volatile sack of problems.... and when it eventually explodes into chaos and dies everyone around your dad, including your much cherished NATO and muslim friends, will jump into the bandwagon and crunch and munch and devour and lick the bones off it.

In the meantime, we are waiting for your amigo Erdogan to attack Syria, but all he does is whining and crying and begging Obama and Cameron to do it for him.

Make up your fcuking mind. :D

No, you misinterpret my post.

I'm bloody English. Its my fella that's a Greek Cypriot! I just found your post a little harsh, with regards to pointing out if you're born in the UK you ain't a Cypriot. SOOOOO, if my fella has a Greek Cypriot mother, and a Greek Cypriot father......what is he? Pakistani? Welsh? Coz he sure ain't fecking English!!

If a Turkish Cypriot is born in the UK to a Turkish Cypriot mother and father, that person is still a Cypriot....

Get me now? :P

No according to Kikapooo, he thinks because you were born somewhere else you are less of a Turkish Cypriot and have less rights...North Cyprus is and will always be in my heart, thats why I uprooted my family and moved from the UK back back to live here.

And that for once, is something I can't argue with VP.
My fella wants to return home, as the wife type person, I don't mind doing that. What a man want, the Mrs should honour that etc... within reason

If a Cypriot wants to go home where he belongs, in his heart....who the hell has the right to tell them they are wrong, and they aren't what genetically is fact

You sound just as confused as VP, Horse.

It is VP who is claiming there is no such thing as "Cypriot", therefore, he cannot then claim to be a Turkish Cypriot, can he? If he does not feel Cypriot, then him being born and raised in the UK may have something to do with him not feeling Cypriot, regardless whether his parents are/were Cypriots. This does not mean others born outside Cyprus also feels as VP does, that there is no such thing as "Cypriots" in Cyprus, and your man is the perfect example to prove VP wrong.

In any case, my comments to VP regarding him being a UK born were “tongue in cheek" and was meant as a sarcastic comment, because he is trying to have his cake and eat it too, which I will not allow him, I guess you missed all these. I hope you don’t have VP’s comprehension problems of the written English language, because so far you are not reading what is written exactly and that you are jumping in with your responses half ass.

You don't have to single him out and get him or convince him to say it. He's Cypriot, but he wasn't raised a Cypriot. He's a janissary.

Well that cleared things up perfectly!

It did confuse me for a moment.... I'll just blame putting my specs on upside down and too many multiquotes... :?

He’s an Athenian according to some of the brainless ones in here…

Depends... if he was born after 74 then he's just an illegal occupier. You could call him a TRNCyriot I suppose... :?

...that is not entirely accurate. if he returns to his home and property (pre1974/63) he is no different to anybody else, a Cypriot.

...if he is a part of the occupation regime, he is nothing but a carpetbagger with a house that's not a home.
