You are all wrong about who funds the Cyprus Mail.

I got it from the horses mouth that it was actually founded by Dr. Kucuk and also funded by him who in fact came back from his grave. The reason why you do not recognise him is because he has "borrowed" a Greek looking young body and now lives in the South. He employs 10 GC's who are actually TC's he brought back from the dead and doesn't have to pay them any wages because they don't need to eat as dead people can't die of hunger. Of course these 10 TC's also "borrowed" some GC looking bodies so they will not be recognised either.

Their main objective is to break up the Greeks ranks into pieces and have them fight each other until there are no Greeks left on the island. All we TC's have to do then is to walk in to the South and take over because we would be the majority, errrm..make that the only ones there because all the Greeks have killed each other. Only when we take over the island and declare our own ENOSIS with Turkey can Dr. Kucuk and his 10 brave dead helpers return to their grave and rest in peace.

Oh BTW, the US/UK and Turkey of course gave them the money to buy the equipment they need in the first place to get them started but they are not needed any more because the paper is making good money as the 3rd most selling paper in the South. The ink used is actually not ink, it is blood sucked out of dead Greeks whom up till now have died of "natural" causes. I don't think you want to know what they use as ropes to tie the piles of newspapers together with when they deliver.

Jesus Christ, what a bunch of paranoid fools some of you are. I hope I have helped to make your paranoia better by telling you the real truth as above. You don't of course have to believe me though but do smell the ink next time you read that paper and ask to see the rope, don't-forget-the-rope!WOOOOOOOOOOOOO..... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... HAAAAAAAAAAAAAHA,HA,HA,HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Hi pumpernickle

I think cypezookyl was being ironic regarding you being 'funded by outside bodies'!

Hi Svetlana

damn, no funding. Gutted. I'm broke, could have done with the money, regardless of its conspiratorial origins.

And as for the Turk with his hiliarious sarcasm...er, mate, I read your english speaking newspaper recently, the one with the picture of the old fashioned galley ship on it, whats it called....i forget, such a good read.

It was a great example of what a propaganda sheet would have looked like in Hoxa's Albania. Genius.

I loved the news report on Talat being interviewed by Condoleeza Rice for a (GET THIS) full two minutes more than Papadopolous!

HAHAHA!! Evidence that the TRNC is viewed by the U.S. as one of the world's most important countries surely, more so than the silly greeks south of the border. Nice spin. Except the longer time period could be because it was the Turk Cyp leader' first visit, and the nerves in his quivering frame forced him to visit the 'John' for longer than required.

Ohhh, sorry, reading back what I wrote, I realsed that I somehow forgot to mention in my previous posting that the horse who'se mouth I got my story from is in fact old Makarios himself, so it has got to be the "truth", hasn't it?

BTW, which one of Dr. Kucuks 10 helpers are you and what song do you sing on your way to work in the mornig? Don't tell me it's "Hi-ho, Hi-ho, it's off to work we go".

as Politis

Seems to me Cyprus Mail are very close to Politis... and those two together seems to represent the views of large parts of the intellectual GC community...

What is Politis? never heard of it.

And as for the gentleman who makes reference to a person named Dr Kukuk, I have not the faintest idea what you are talking about.

Is it actually possible to have a normal, sensible, vaguely intelligent discussion on the Cyprus Forum, or are there that many lunatics out there?
