Can anyone deny that these people are barbaric savages ?

This accusation coming a few days after the anniversaries of the nuclear bomb attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which killed over a quarter of a million innocent people, is hard to stomach.

Even more innocent people would have been killed in a full scale allied invasion of Japan, along with many more allied troops.

It may sound ghastly, but the Japanese just don't surrender.
