I’ve had a military grade rifle and other military gear all my adult life so it’s hard for me to be interested in police toys.

It’s like going to a mine and suggesting to one of the drivers of those huge earth moving monsters to try out your lawn mower!

You should also know that there are soldiers out there well trained enough to take you out by slitting your throat with a knife and breaking your neck after they tap you on the shoulder! They can do this to you with or without a G3.

So no, the G3 is not the big earthmover!

Furthermore, some 'soldiers' are only issued with side arms and are well trained in evading and defending themselves behind the lines.
