Curious goings-on in "trnc"...

Afrika reported and this is not confirmed elsewhere, that what passes itself off as a "turkish embassy" in the Occupied Areas has put up gates and barbed wire that gave access to the beach at Occupied Vokolida.

Further, the paper claims that the land has been divided in to parcels and signs put up that claim the land is now the property of the "turkish embassy".

Locals up there are naturally up in arms about the land grab by Turkey and the restrictions on access.

Ancak otellerin parsellediði bölgedeki denize giremeyen ve sahilini kullanamayan bölge halkýna bir darbe de TC Elçiliði vurdu... Kumluk ve temiz bir sahil þeridi olan Bafra bölgesinde otellerden arda kalan sahil þeridini de TC Elçiliði parselledi...

Elçilik bölgeye halkýn girmesini engellemek için geniþ bir sahil þeridini telledi ve bir de kapý koydu...

Kapýnýn üzerine asýlan tabelada ise TC Elçiliði'ne ait olduðu, izinsiz girenlerin cezalandýrýlacaðý yazýldý...

Even curiouser. Just noticed that the recent oil spill has washed up at the beach of occupied Vokolida village and the desalination plant there has also been forced to close down.

Wonder what the 'Turkish embassy' plans to do with this stolen - but now contaminated - plot now?
