Actually no. Quite the opposite it says much about you. He was not killed for "simply being black". That is nonsense.
No one condemned the teenage boy. It is very unfortunate and sad that he lost his life.
Zimmerman stood trial, and from the evidence available, the verdict was that it was self defence and that he is innocent.
Now I don't know for sure whether that is 100% true, but you can't send a person to jail for the better part of his life unless there is certainty that the allegations can stick. No one wants to see him in jail if he is not guilty.
At the end of the day, a jury found him innocent, and that is the end of that.
With your logic, I might as well say this:
