Then the laws/rules governing the issue of Republic of Cyprus ID Cards and nationality must have changed VERY recently as our renewed ID Cards show dual nationality.

Issued recently,
Mine = ID British/Cypriot = UK born, issue of British parents and Cypriot by Naturalisation.
Spouse = ID Cypriot/British = Cyprus born, issue of Cypriot parents and British (once again) by Naturalisation.

Issued a couple of years ago,
Children = ID British/Cypriot = UK born, issue of, by then of British parents and Cypriot by Naturalisation.

GIG is correct in her advice to visit a very large town, regional understanding sometimes differs from that of the centre resulting in local management decisions being implemented. Whenever possible, I would suggest Nicosia for any dealings with officialdom as that which was not possible elsewhere seems to be possible when dealing with a government employee/contractor? who fully understands the issue and systems involved.

You're right, the law has not changed yet. It will change, when ELAM takes control.

That is not correct, it is perfectly acceptable to hold British and Cypriot nationality. When renewing my ID Card to get one of the flash new ones, I was asked if I wanted the nationality bit to say 'CYPRIOT/BRITISH', but I insisted on the 'CYPRIOT' only.

Wtf!... but you're half CY, half Brit and half KEO!

Three quarters KEO, but I don't want the Archbishop to count me as one of his fans!

You should only worry about your alcoholism, because ELAM won't ban KEO.
