Water Parks

Postby a4gom » Sat Jul 06, 2013 12:17 am

I'll be in Paphos from the 23rd July for two weeks and the children will want a day at a water park, which is best? We'll have a car so happy to travel.
Also are there any good deals to be had?

Thanks
Andy

All 3 are good Andy, with Saint Napa taking top honours.
Napa is the biggest in Europe and considered one of the best in the world.
its a good one and a half hours drive from Paphos though.

Just trying to be helpful in these difficult times file.

Speaking of trying to stretch the holiday money... below is a picky for a rip-off bill for 2 sandwiches and 2 cocktails in a beach bar somewhere in Paphos posted elsewhere today... 38E...!!!

... which shows the value of shopping around...

its about 175km so allow closer to two hours - or stop at the water park at Fassouri on the Paphos side of Limassol.which is about 40 minutes drive.

Yeah, that's about right. conservative driving 2 hours for sure.

Reminds me of a story many moons ago working part time at the airport/car hire.
A family arrived at about midnight from a delayed/ diverted flight at Paphos Airport. Their first time in Cyprus.
Kids were half asleep and they looked tired, so the gentlemen tells me he needs to drive to Protaras because that's where his holiday apartment is booked.
Says it should take about ten minutes or so?

I said, err.. no about 2 hours. He looked at me like I was insane.

Sometimes the 'tiny island' concept is taken to the extreme.

Hope you're sitting down and near a General Hospital a4...

For the one over at Agia Napa, it'll be 35E for over 13's and 25E for under 13's.

Mrs BillC and the kids have been a couple of times and they loved it... but it ain't cheap.

Here's their website... http://wwcyprus.com
