Stumbled across this opinion piece by a lady called Tümay Tuğyan, who believe is a journo working in the Occupied Areas.

It's a good read in very decent English on the recent political history in Turkey and "trnc", addressed to the leadership in Turkey.

She talks about the current situation on the streets of Turkey, then moves in to the situation in "trnc" talking about such things as how the CYs up there have become a minority, a minority who are abused by being called such things as flies and parasites and even (shock/horror) "pro-greek" for wanting peace, about a school curriculum that concentrates on teaching Turkish history and geography, the mosques that have been built and other matters.

As to chapuling... there's a lot of anger up there over the bribe and corruption affair... and both Eroglu and Kucuk are implicated along with Donltosh jr ... Who knows
