where did i say i am dreaming of negotiations. can you not read what i post.

this is lordo against roc. it is in the process. roc cannot steal her citizens properties. epsecially when there are over 20.

when it is finalised you will be first to know.

i have my roc id but it is worthless. roc has not existed since 63. so to answer your question no i do not recognise the roc becasue it is not fit for purpose. quality see you have to understand quality.
