... well if you don't like the news that there will be a chance to elect MEPs under the normal proportional representation system from parties associated with the Occupied Areas that duly register, with candidates that are successful forming part of the Republic's contingent at Brussels/Strasbourg... then you're perfectly at liberty to go and eat some more manure.

Bill, A majority of European MP's voted down representation of Turkish Cypriots, even as observers in the European parliament. They don't want their double standards influencing debates then retreating to the occupation regime afterwards and sucking the life out those who put in the effort to afford them this "right" either.

It seems they have nothing to contribute, they even refuse to give back what they have illegally taken. They just want, want, want. Its all about taksim, taksim, taksim at the expense of others.

Crooks.

But you and the TC's by large never wanted democracy in Cyprus. You still do not want democracy in Cyprus. What you want are rights at the expense of the vast majority of Cypriots because your are Turkish. what is this nonsense and absolute rubbish -----> "it took 39 years for tcs to be able to vote in country they have been paying taxes".

What you want is your own democracy in your ethnically cleansed Turkish only illegal state in the north and involvement and acceptance in the RoC's democracy down south so you can influence debates in Turkeys and your favor.

Your dwindling community is politically, morally bankrupt and corrupt. You have yourselves and Turkey to thank for this.

Straighten yourselves up and demand from Turkey to withdrawal Turkish troops and settlers from Cyprus and then things will change......

how was it broken in 63 by the tcs
on the 20th of dec 63 kucuk replied to makarios to say he will consider his request. on the 21st georgadjis armed his police force with no guns left for tc police force because eoka was also armed and joined the police.

this event is when makarios drove a coach and horses through the constitution for the first time. get your facts right shortie.

That was a proposal to Turkey to amend the constitution. How's that a violation?

In 1963 TCs started the mutiny. And don't try to blame the GCs for your false flag operations in 1962 and 1963.

You lot put the bombs in the mosque and killed your journalists.

The link below gives a good summary of the events, although it's in Greek.
