The green line was opened in 2004. There were no tcs working in the government controlled areas before that. It took a year and a half to correct the anomaly. Now whether it would have taken longer to work if the government had not been sued i don't know. What I do know is that a decision was made in court and the government followed it. Unlike the decisions taken against Turkey to return stolen property to their rightful owners.

As I said, they couldn't vote before because there was no Vice President for them to vote for.
