Does that lead us to think that someone has leaked it to test the water...???

In any event, the ever-intrasigent Illegal Regime have rejected any such proposal.

Yes, it seems that the occupation regime are unwilling to accept even a modest proposal to move things forward. Then they complain that a “solution” is out of reach and compromise impossible. As you can see from their responses, it's still partition or death for them. A stance that has led them nowhere.

They will die trying...........

not at all. the compromise is fair. ercan for varosa and the ports in terkey. you dont take it the eu will see you in new light. it will be the train light at the end of the tunnel for you as if all the troubles you are facing are not enough.

but do not worry about the tcs, the tcs are fine.

Turkey can only create more problems for us. Our answer is for you to bugger off!

On the rubbish claims that Occupied Ammochostos is "evkaf" ...

The Lordos family have claims at the "ipc" for some 2-3 hotels and some houses there.

The claims have been before the "ipc" and what passes for "appeal courts" up there for three years.

The "trnc" are making the same rubbish claims of "evkaf" .

So what pass as "local remedies" are near-exhausted.

So, shortly it'll be back to the ECHR.

... and the ECHR gave its opinion on "evkaf" eighteen months ago in the matter of Lordos v Turkey, dismissing "evkaf" as being a loada old pollocks.

charluimmu be aptient. it will come to an end. how long do you think a londoner has to wait to get their properties. of course the tcs in cyprus are not allowed to claim their property at all. never mind one of these days you will remove your blue glasses and see the light. but ofr god sake be careful it is not a tunnel you hear. the brits had no business taking tc property and giving it to gcs.

maximuimmu he offered us water and did we say no. one day you will need it too.

Vorduimmou be a patient. It will come to an end. how long do you think the Greek Cypriots have to wait to return to their homes. of course, the GC's in Cyprus are not allowed to return to their property because of the Turkish army at the Attila line. Never mind, one of the days you will put on your fez and leave with the TAF. but for Allah's sake be careful it is not a sewage pipe you hear. the Turks had no business taking GC property and giving it to everyone else including you.

Vorduimmou he offered you water that is not coming and there is nothing you can say or do about it. one day you will be looking for your water but it is just a pipe dream.
