My current TV is more than 25 years old, under pressure from a certain young blond I have reluctantly agreed that on moving to Cyprus I shall install a Smart TV.
Since on average I watch less than one hours TV a week, mostly Aljazeera news and other news channels I saw no need to have a modern TV.
I used to have Sky but got rid of it, I prefer going on the internet and choosing what I want to see.
GR, the programmes you mentioned, are they on Sky ?
On a recent visit to my home by the young blond, she refused to even turn on the TV, she said it was too old, a bit like me really, but I managed to entertain her with more natural acts such as playing my guitar and boozuki, as well as singing!
Believe it or not I do sing, I was for about 6 years a full professional way back in the 60s and very early 70s when my first born arrived in 1972 and a choice had to be made, late nights or early nights with the family. I chose family and my marriage lasted more than 40 years, had I of course remained in the music business I doubt very much that it would have lasted this long, after all I was, and ...still am, an attractive man, not at all conceited , generous, charming and ...desirable by the opposite sex.!!!
I have now decided to purchase in Cyprus.
