I have two phones each with a SIm with the same phone number. Can anyone advise me what code I need to enter on my mobile to transfer service form the other mobile?
many thanks

You don't need to enter any code to "transfer service"... you just take the SIM that works and place it in the phone you want to use. If you just changed company (e.g. from Cyta to MTN) then the new company would provide you with a new SIM card which will be activated a few days after you made the contract. They will let you know when the transfer is finalized and that point you can put in your phone the new SIM.
