I have two phones each with a SIm with the same phone number. Can anyone advise me what code I need to enter on my mobile to transfer service form the other mobile?

If this is not multi-sim plan (and probably it isn't) then only one SIM should be activated at any time on the same number. You don't need to enter any code to "transfer service"... you just take the SIM that works and place it in the phone you want to use. If you just changed company (e.g. from Cyta to MTN) then the new company would provide you with a new SIM card which will be activated a few days after you made the contract. They will let you know when the transfer is finalized and that point you can put in your phone the new SIM.

Wrong, there is a code, I have 2 phones with 2 diff sims with the same number.

Reason was i had a phone with a normal sim, then got a phone that uses a mini sim. I could swap between them.

I used to enter a code to deactivate the one, but I cannot remember, i will look it up and report.

They are different size SIMs and are not ineterchangable, physically. CYTA services are closed (helpline), cannot find info on CYTA website ..and it is causing me a problem. As B25 says, only one SIM can be activated at one time and I cannot recall the code
