The Illegal Regime concedes, that despite all the provocations, statements and "agreements" with Turkey over the past couple of years, that UNCLOS will prevail and that UNCLOS will be included in the list of Binding International Treaties.

Salient that there's also a ref to agreement on UNCLOS for resolving disputes with neighbours....

..."Delimitation and settlement of dispute issues regarding these maritime areas with neighbouring states..."

Baselines for working out the EEZ will be the responsibility of the federal government. These were worked out and lodged at the UN (for the whole of CY) by the Republic years ago.
