UN Doc Differences - Hierarchy of Laws

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

UN Doc Differences - Hierarchy of Laws

Postby bill cobbett » Fri May 17, 2013 10:43 pm

This appears on Page 18 of the UN Doc on Alleged Convergences...

It is referred to as the Hierarchy of Norms but we will know it better as Kikapu's Hierarchy of Laws.

So from Page 18, there is agreement on the top two levels of the hierarchy...

1. Constitution
2. Constitutional Laws, International Treaties, Co-operation Agreements

... but there are differences when it comes to levels 3 and 4...

The Illegal Regime insists on just one lower stage, Level 3, being...

3. Federal Laws and the "Constituent State" Laws

...whilst the Republic separates them in to two lower levels...

3. Federal Laws
4. Laws of the federated units

...wish i could, soon i hope. but my plight is nothing compared to a person who will accept a life without any thought of where we are going to. rich is easy, if it's just plunder, i never earned my money that way, it was about 11 years ago i was digging holes by hand 12' deep for a living, having lost everything again. still, i am lucky, living in one of the freest countries in the world, and i am grateful with what i have learned, given my roots. i am blessed with one gift, a mind, and an ability to be loving, i want to get cable, or high speed, but in my mind i can't because it is expensive, there are other monthly expenses which must come first; you can see, even without it i function and do my part (but it is really hard), the moment may have arrived that dial-up, like analog is no longer possible to use, i think that is a pity because good thoughts can come from the margins, looking out, as well as in.

(i will try to download the document again, the first attempt failed)
