Help required re Hotmail account

I have a Hotmail account and up until around the 12th May all was hunky dory.

I have not been able to receive emails for the last 4 days...usually I get around 8-10 a day . I have tried sending myself emails from other accounts and these are being bounced back.

I have another Hotmail account which I use for junk etc which is working perfectly OK

I havn't (as far as I am aware ) mucked around with anything on this account

I need this account for my business mails ......any suggestions from the more computer literate members would be appreciated

Have you tried contacting customer support?

Yes emailed from my other account yesterday ...still awaiting reply

Its getting difficult for me to help.

Have you tried sending an email from this account to your other account that you use for junk etc...? Does that work?

Yes I tried thats the reply posted from that account ..Guess I'll wait and hope MS reply from customer services ..Thanks for your help Maximus

...assume the address has been hacked. there are icons for this on the sign-on page, there are methods, in that regard, for getting the account back.

coming from a Infoage cockroach, still hope it's helpful.
