Yes, in True Federation, True Democracy and Human Rights.

kid yourselves annan was accepted by the eu. get over it.
That's why the EU insists on the return of the AP, in fact, it made it a condition that the RoC's accepts the AP as a solution before credit was extended to Cyprus recently.
Yep, Cyprus is stuck with the AP alright, so no need for further negotiations really, right Lordo?
Call it what you will the foundations are the same BBF with political equality of the 2 founding states.
There are no founding states, virgin births or allegiance to Atatürk requirements in the BBF. Just political equality of 2 states, as the case is in the USA, only in the USA, it is political equality of 50 states. The rest are Turkey's and yours wishful thinking.
Are you going to say "thank you" to the GCs for saying OXI to the AP in 2004 for saving the north from economic crisis.?
glad to hear you are on the same wavelength as dengtash man. what the hell is the matter with you. have lost all your common sense.

So, then you must believe Denktash was happy about agreeing to BBF which made the 1959 agreement all but useless, which the TCs lost their disproportionate political power advantage over the GCs in the RoC, right?
AP was the only thing that was going to correct the mistakes Denktash made by agreeing to BBF with Makarios in the 70's. Not only that, but the TCs would have had their own TC state with no GCs in the government in the north, as well as Turkey having control over the whole island. Wasn't this what Denktash wanted ever since birth?

Please provide us with signed official document between the two sides which nullified the 1959/69 agreements and set up a BBF in Cyprus.

You don't need official signed agreement to nullify the 1960 agreements. You just need a official signed agreement to replace the 1959 agreements, a Unitary state, with a BBF, which is what Denktash and Makarios did by signing onto BBF. That's why both sides are negotiating the terms of the new agreement on the BBF to replace the already "suspended" 1959 agreements, otherwise the 1959 agreements would automatically be included in BBF, but they are not. That's why the GCs are happy to go with the BBF under new rules than go back to the 1959 agreements, even if it takes another 100 years. Even if both sides wanted to abandon the signed BBF and go back to Unitary state, you still need to negotiate those terms also, not unless the GC wanted to go back to the 1959 agreements, which you know they will not. If the above wasn't so, then why can't the TCs exercise all of their rights under the 1959 agreements if they were still valid for them?

dream on dear boy. the agreement is intact and cane be returned to. I really wish tc leader simply returns to it and let the gcs refuse it. that would be good for the tcs.
Lordo wrote:and the gcs have been unable to stop the tcs in north do as they wish. big wow. the fact the roc government means jack shit as they are unable to control the north. all they can do is economic suffocation and all that does is push tcs closer to terkey. how clever are you or the rest of your gc buddies to lose 37 % of cyprus. continue in your ignorance and see where it ends up.
