... and on the same day that Erdogan touches down in Washington to convince his old mate Obama to get more involved... we're seeing unconfirmed reports and allegations of the use of chemical weapons by the government forces in Syria. ...

BBC amongst others reporting on these allegations.

The talks In the US have been dominated by Syria. Both Erdogan and Obama have agreed that Assad must go.

last week, Kerry and Lavrov agreed to arrange a peace conference between the Syrian government and opposition to end the destruction in Syria.

Erdogan does not come away empty handed. he gets to go to Gaza and the west bank in June and they have agreed to create a trade committee. Moody's have also decided to upgrade Turkeys credit rating to "investment grade" and one commenter over at zaman makes a valid point. What are Erdogans orders?

There are more sinister things brewing and this is shocking. A video has surfaced of a cannibal amongst the rebels eating the heart of a Syrian army soldier.

The question now is… are they here for psychological support for Syria or have they come for their confiscated money?

Luckily our government has rushed plenty of vodka and hookers to the port along with some favorable Gazprom contracts. 8)

are these rebels the people who are trying to free themselves of domination and discrimination, the people who want democracy and the freedom to rule themselves?

No, they are Turkish, Saudi, UAE, and Tunisian mercenaries paid for and trained by the US and Turkey (plus Syrian defectors)
