this is the Turkish modus operandi,

steal something which does not belong to you then use it to negotiate for something else. Essentially, Turkey is a gypsy thief that has to have in her possession something which does not belong to her at all times so it can be used as a tool to blackmail and negotiate, to exchange for other things that do not belong to her.

I didnt say I dont want to give it back but in your previous post you kinda contradict yourself by saying the "RoC" is broke and that it cant rebuild it to benefit its residence etc etc.
