if you have a british passport and a valid marriage certificate i cant believe they will not let you in but finding work for your wife will be a nightmare of the worst kind.

First things first, she will need a temporary visa to get in. After that you will have to go to immigration to apply for permanent one if they grant it. it's not going to be easy.
If you intend to stay permanently, you will also need to apply for permanent residence.

Non EU spouse of EU Citizen with a valid yellow paper (the replacement for the old pink slip) can work on the same basis as any non Cypriot EU citizen. The EU citizen must however have resident status (I.e. the yellow residence paper). Whether or not there are jobs to be had for either is however a moot point.

Go and see them and ask but very unlikely you'll be able to finalise things in London imho but she might be given a temp visa there if she needs one.

Address of the CY High Commission is..

Address: 13 St James's Square, London, Greater London SW1Y 4LB
Phone:020 7321 4100
Transit: Nearest Tube Piccadilly Circus

It's in a corner of the Square. The public enquiries area is in the basement... down a flight of steps from the street.

I think, she would need to go to the High commission in her country of residence. I doubt he can do it from the UK.
