...indeed, learn that when leaders divide us, they mean to harm us.

...often i think of the First World War, this is one of them; Lest We Forget.

Peaceful existence is what we have had for 50 years, now how can you trust a people that have wronged you in the past and have no regrets they even today believe that the cause of what the suffer today was correct and their right. Doesnt this clearly reveal that the mentality is still the same as those uneducated peasants easily led and manipulated in the past. I have yet to read one GC to confess we messed up big time by demanding enosis and not nurturing a Cypriot people without trying to blame the other side 100%. Its this attitude that divided Cyprus will ensure that division that continues, trust between the two is non existent ignoring this fact will not help resolve a thing.

what will make you forgive, forget and stop chasing "Greeks" around trying to suck the life and blood out of them? Not even halloumi cheese is safe. The division has not achieved peace for the Turkish side and neither has this so called unilateral declaration of independence.

what is it with your desperation and denial? To unify under those same divisive systems and mechanisms that created the problems of the past. To keep the loot you stole from your compatriots? To make Greek Cypriots pay for eternity through your 'shares'?

why are you trying to drive forwards by only looking through the rear view mirror? Your bound to cause destruction, kill yourself and many other people if you do this.

maxi dont you checks your review mirror every few seconds to avoid danger and risks?

The are two sides here who have absolutely no trust for each other, how we overcome this problem is where we cant agree you want to force your will and we want guarantees to force you to behave and not bypass us.

Do you deny 50 years of peaceful existence? 1960 to 1974 was your style of leadership against the TCs 1974 to 2013 has been a far better life style for us and you, everyone can see this so denial will not impress anyone.

We have compromised by accepting BBF so you claim that we want to go back to previous agreements that you reneged on is total rubbish, you are the ones who reject BBF.

VP,

The TC's have claimed a third of northern Cyprus and call it Turkish as well as a third of the gas belonging to " Greek South Cyprus " too. They have racked up $1.3 Billion worth of unpaid electricity since the early 60's and have taken advantage of other benefits, such as free healthcare and free private education. They have imported loads of Turkish settlers, held onto a decaying ghost town, sold off loads of looted GC property's and have been rewarded with freedom of movement and residency in Europe. On who's effort and expense?

Turkey and her puppets have had a long time to reciprocate and demonstrate their good faith to facilitate this BBF you keep talking about.

And you have stolen and benefited from our recognition, when will you pay back all you owe us? if we get into this financial tit for tat you will come out the loser I wouldnt go there if I were you.

You never respond to to any direct questions, why is this? what are you avoiding?

Do you support BBF with political equality of north and south? return of land, property repatriation where physically possible or compensation, reduction of new generation TCs, removal of TA GC armies and security guarantees?

I support the withdrawal of Turkey and her troops from Cyprus first and then the EU aquis communautaire to to come into affect immediately afterwards island wide. Everything else will be sorted out fairly and in accordance with EU law once the north comes back into the fold.
