A pipeline to Turkey would be perfect had our incompetent politicians been capable of negotiating the liberation of Cyprus in return for a hydrocarbons partnership, but I’m not holding my breath…
Bagis threw several hints for Anastasiades to visit Turkey but the fool was too busy visiting Greece!
Well, it's not a big surprise that you tend to stretch facts, GIG.
What a shame you butted in to turn it personal rather than allow the debate intended to follow. How does the full quote make any difference to what is under discussion? Never mind; you don't know because it's the assumption behind GR!'s statement I have been following for a while which matters.
Unfortunately, I was hoping GR! would have provided the full quote, himself, because I would like to extract his logic behind assuming Greece would open chapters for Turkey (that being a slur as far as GR! was concerned) and his own mitigating circumstances for offering a pipeline to Turkey.
Why would it be wrong if Greece were to open chapters, if it did a deal similar to what
you, GR!, propose for the pipeline?
(Personally, I don't think Greece will, but you accused them and to me it can only be in similar vein to your proposal for a pipeline. Or are you so singularly clever in dealing with the Turks?)
