President's visit to Israel

President's visit to Israel

Postby claret21 » Tue May 07, 2013 7:55 am

Following the President's visit to Israel, I was particularly interested in paragraph's 3 statement from Mr Anastasiades more so by the last sentence.

Cyprus President Anastasiades said after his meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu that launched a "strategic dialogue aimed at further strengthening and deepening of relations between the two countries." The two leaders had initially 20minute a private meeting and then attended a extended talks between delegations of the two countries.

According to President Anastasiades, during the talks had the opportunity to share "not only proposals that lead to common strategic choices, but also serving in the best possible way the common interests of both countries, both bilaterally and in wider region. "

President Anastasiades said " We always treat you as a strong ally in the region and share the same principles and values. Cyprus is the most reliable and steadfast friend of Israel. "-

A clear contrast between Mr Anastasiades's initial visits to foreign countries from the ex- President who visited Cuba shortly after becoming the President.

All nations throughout history committed hideous crimes as a result of either war or insurrection not least Turkey with 1.5 million Armenians and thousands upon thousands of its own minority, the Kurds.

You are a sicko mate!
I refer you to the book by Sevgul Uludag, a well respected T/C journalist, not by Turkey though.
In her book you can read about atrocities committed by both communities, so stop these nonsense that only one side was guilty, both sets of extremists committed hideous crimes.
I shall, from now refrain from interacting with you, you are a committed separatist.

If anything, it was Turkey that was parlaying with Israel for decades including the period during the Lebanese slaughter of 2006 for which you so kindly provided a photo!

What’s the matter… don’t you like them anymore?
