They have the most combat experience but still I'm not sure how they accurately measure this, but incidentally most NATO nations, including Greece and Turkey, Israel, and other allies like Australia do attend Red Flag at Nellis Air Force Base in the Nevada Desert.

The Israelis are always up there. The Greeks are ranked highly as well, and their F-16s scored more kills against USAF F-15s and they are the only Air Force to score a kill against a USAF F-22 Raptor! That was only a couple of years ago. Fair Dinkum!
