I noticed two quite large caravans parked on waste ground at the junction of Spirou Kyprianou and the slip road to the highway connecting with Omonias with 'for sale' signs in their windows and a phone number. The asking prices were EUR 8,500 and EUR 8,000.

caravans could be the future thing here seeing as whats happening with tax on property
