the illegal settlers should be resettled in back in Turkey, everyone's property rights should be respected, and the Turkish military must withdraw and respect Cyprus sovereign integrity. Those TC's who identify more with Turkey can depart with them. Those TC's that choose to remain can take up their citizenship as equal individuals, in a democratic republic of Cyprus. This is an amicable, lasting and just solution.
The will of the majority must be respected and the rights of minorities protected.
I could not agree more with your comments.
I also believe that those G/Cs who also identify with Greece to the detriment of their true motherland, should also depart.
It is time for the nation of Cyprus to mature, nobody is in denial of the fact that there are on this island Greek Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots and others, primarily in my opinion they are all fundamentally CYPRIOTS.
Religion has never been a dividing factor in Cyprus, Greece and Turkey have been, time now to move on as one nation,
the island of Cyprus is your motherland, embrace it and be proud to be the owners of this wonderful island.
