What you have to realize is the the formula for a solution deludes us and will continue to do as the chasm is just to wide to bridge, the reason being mistrust which brings about guarantees checks and balances which would not normally be necessary in other countries. As I always say its not the surgeon knife thats the problem but the surgeon himself. Resolve the trust issue and you will be well on your way to solving the Cyprus issue.
I consider my views to be well balanced. I have NEVER made any derogatory comments against the T/Cs.
I refer to the northern parts of Cyprus as occupied because the entire world does so.
I refer to the "trnc" as a pseudo state because its precisely what the rest of the world view, hence no direct trade, mail, flights etc etc. A real state is generally recognized first by the UN and then by the rest of the world. The creation of the occupying force, ie the "trnc" its not recognized by single nation on earth, the creator of course is an exemption.
As to whether the "trnc" exists or not well of of course it does, so does forged money, art, and numerous other forgeries.
You sir have the wrong attitude purely based on your own prejudices, I on the other hand do not. I value my comments and do my best to cast a fair view on the subjects discussed WITHOUT capitulating to anyone else's bigoted and prejudiced views.
While carrying out some research on the CY Forum I came across some contributors which do not currently appear to be posting, one such was BANANIOT, another was Denizazoglu ( forgive my spelling), ICEMAN,MILTIDES, PIRATIS,
and a few others. All had their own views but on balance each had a point to put across. May I also mention that a few of the above mentioned had views not dissimilar to those I hold.
Where you fail is not realizing or understanding the other sides viewpoint, which makes you 100% biased and lacking in empathy towards TCs who have been fighting for their right to live peacefully and administer themselves free from Gc oppression and domination. If you think that all the disadvantages you quoted above which you support by your admission just because the world tells you how think will break us you are totally wrong we are willing to pay even a higher price it only makes us more determined to hold onto what we have and work closer with Turkey to continue to develop relations.
The only way to entice TCs towards wanting to unite is to build trust and offer a solution that would give them more than they have today, ask any TCs you like if they want the TA to leave before finding a solution or if the want to be a minority in a GC run state? I can assure you 99.9% will say noway to both questions.
