That's how it works in Cyprus. ALWAYS the gross wage, what you put in your pocket minus deductions at the end of the month is your net pay.

What is it with you guys? Not saying it applies here either, it is a rough question with rough answer, it all depends on who the employer is!!! IT IS JUST A BASIC GUIDE LINE. You can expect no more when dealing with companies from Cyprus, each have there own rules and ways of running the show..... This is not a debate someone on the forum asked a question I have tried to give them a basic idea.

The last time I worked for a Cypriot company I was told it was 854 euros, can't be sure but I also think the 'Labour Office' said the same, however I will concede NO I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE I as I said before was giving a rough idea.
Also I would like to add that what you are told you'll get and what you may receive by said employer maybe very diffrent.
