Maria, in some companies they ask for a photo as well, even when you apply to a University they ask for a recent photo as well. In this case I don't know the folk, so...

I don't think it is ethical for companies to ask for a photo.

Universities ask for photo in order to issue an ID I believe ...

if he was a true proffessional or serious about giving a job ,he wouldnt try to defeat himself or kill time trying to give answers like mads...

I'm sorry stuff, but i was not defeating the guy, if this is what seemed to be the case. I was trying to say that when you apply for a job, it is not abnormal for a company to ask for a recent photo of yourself!
