Good News on the Gas Front

Postby bill cobbett » Sun Apr 07, 2013 5:34 pm

This is an article which will bring some cheer to CY.

It's of the Chair of the CY State HC Company, KRETYK, Mr Ellinas being interviewed.

An interview in which he discloses info on the determination of the Oil Companies to press ahead with explorations and extractions; in which he rubbishes plans for export via pipelines via the alleged motherlands for the simplest of technical reasons and in which he explains why the export will be by ships from an LNG plant at Vassilikos, whose construction he says will need as many as 10,000 workers and bring massive opportunities for CY Companies to contribute from as early as 2016...

...and much more, too much to précis, it's a must read on the gas situation at the mo from the top man at KRETYK...

Well we've certainly got the tankers but I'm not sure if they can also carry LNG or if its a different kind of vessel required.

Here's one such company...

It looks like your friend Bagis won’t be transferring any Israeli hydrocarbons either.

Yep... the joke's on Bagis the Clown, cos from the article we learn that Noble and the other Oil/Gas companies are already obliged contractually to transfer CY Gas through pipelines laid at their own expense to Vassilikos...

... for onward transhipment for best spot prices through an expandable LNG plant which will be within the control of CY ... independent of the alleged motherlands and the Union that has let CY down so badly in recent weeks.

you do realise that if one drop of gas or oil of the tcs is taken, the agents for dealing with theft are already appointed and if a nudge is needed to activate them, a nudge will be provided by locals.

you bast'rds will not know what hit and when you do it will be too late.

Whilst Bordos is recovering from passing out from his bordoos, here's piece from the Fam Gaz about a major international conference later this week in the Free Areas of CY with all the Big Players in the Eastern Med energy sector including from CY and Israel...

Conference speakers, moderators and attendees include representatives from the governments of Cyprus and Israel and international companies such as Noble Energy, Conoco Philips. Total E&P Research and Technology USA, Lukoil Overseas Cyprus.

(Is there a doctor on the forum...??? Bordos has gassed himself with over-farting)
