That's why they call them 'Reserves', when you run out of everything else, you use these.

Since that crummy little bent redneck Shistofias has fucked up the whole country, we have no choice. Lampron na ton kapsi tzie tzino kai tin F AKEL, gamoto to keraton tous. Tzie exoun na pousi twra. Axristi.

It says:

What does that mean exactly?

Does that mean they are coming round to steal everyone's jewellery?

It means they have foolishly dumped half a billion worth of gold on the global market all at once and gold immediately fell by a hefty amount.

From what I understand they’re gonna get about $400 million instead of the $530 million they could’ve had, had they sold it in stages!

We’ve got the whole world watching Cyprus 24/7 for the next crazy maneuver that’ll send shockwaves to global markets!

They are not watching as closely as they were a couple of weeks ago. There is only a new story about Cyprus in the international press every couple of hours now, not every 30 seconds as it was then.

Oh, that's comforting!

Some more good news on the gas front... for our friends in the Lebanon, which has been inundated by bids by oil/gas majors for drilling rights in the tender programme in its EEZ...
