Syrian Christians Getting Attacked by Hardline Wahhabi Terrorists in their Ancient Homeland

Syrian Christians have lived in their homeland Syria for at least the last two millennia. However, with the Western-backed plan to overthrow the current Syrian government and the regional and global support being given to the Syrian opposition, including foreign hardline Jihadists who adopt Saudi Arabia's ultra-conservative Takfiri version of Sunni Islam, this reality is changing. Many Syrian Christians feel that they are not welcome in their own country anymore as they are constantly under the threat of being killed for simply belonging to another faith group.

I hadn't realised that they were Orthodox.

Of course they are Orthodox. They are the remnants of the Byzantines who used to live there.

GREEK ORTHODOX IN SYRIA: “Muslims begin slaughtering, raping and burning our churches.”

As the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs watches on without a care in the world, indirectly involved supporting Islamist rebels in Syria, a Christian community numbering 2,500,000 people experiences daily attacks. The “European Community” and “Compassionate Left” also says nothing. The entire world is standing by silently, as Israel, the United States, and Turkey actively support, arm, and intervene on behalf of vicious Jihadists in Syria. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who has traditionally protected the Christian minority of Syria, has referred to Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s open collaboration with the extremists as a Neo-Ottoman ambition. International finance, Neo-Ottoman Turkey, and Zionist Israel find the ideology of Ba’athism, which is social-nationalist and was created by a Greek Orthodox Christian, to be far more threatening than the primitive Wahhabism being exported from Wall Street colonies such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Bishop Lucas of Syria states “So far 138,000 Greek Orthodox Christians have been forced from their homes. Churches and monasteries both Orthodox and Catholic have been destroyed, a genocide on basis of religion”

In the Syrian city of Homs, an Islamic “Syrian Rebel” stronghold, the Christian population has already been annihilated. Hundreds of killings have already been reported in addition to many rapes of Christian women by the Zionist backed “Muslim Brotherhood”.

“Our Churches have suffered incalculable damage, they burn, break down the walls and steal the artifacts. They have no regard for human life, or our sacred monuments.” A Greek orthodox priest explains “Because of the uprising against the regime, they feel everything is justified.”

Bishop Lucas says, “Our ancestors came to this land long before the arrival of islam, and many saints were martyred in this land while preaching love.”

Despite all the atrocities, the bishop still refers to the Islamic extremists as “Brothers”.

Nobody cares about these people who keep the Greek culture alive in a place that is the birthplace of the Greek-Orthodox culture from the time of its inception, back to the Greeks of the Hellenistic era.

It is not just a coincidence that a chain which goes back the time of Alexander the Great is now being broken by Dimitris Avramopoulos, our minister of foreign affairs and his pals in the IMF and EU.
