That's great!

We do have some really good and highly qualified and driven people.

The RoC should strive to utilize the full potential of such individuals at home and abroad. Rather than giving rusfeti jobs, the RoC should always be monitoring its people that graduate from foreign universities abroad and have people who can entice them back to Cyprus at all cost. When Cyprus is back on its feet, they could use some of the Gas money to help these people create even more industry at all cost.

Get rid of the ahristo dead wood and give jobs to those that deserve them. Just set up business after business, publicly list them and give out all the shares to the Cypriot People.

For instance, Cyprus could open its own Petroleum and Gas company and have JVs with Noble and Delek. You might ask how can this company afford to buy or build its own Gas Rigs and Processing Plant? Well, they could initially outsource many services.

In Australia, there are many Cypriot Petroleum and LNG Engineers working for Woodside Petroleum, SANTOS and Chevron. These guys are specialists in their field and since Cyprus has found Oil and Gas, then why not entice them to Cyprus and help them establish Cyprus as a player in extracting the countries resources and giving an opportunity for the RoC Government and the Cypriot People to have a bigger share in the profits and use the money wisely to create even more industry?
