I have to agree with DrCyprus, what is the point in someone posting on this thread that they have a vacancy, when the people looking for a job haven't said what they can do.

Should I waste my time explaining my requirements for an actuary, when those looking for jobs are trainee pool cleaners?

Surely an Actuary would know the requirements and anyone who needed an explanation, wouldn't be an Actuary and therefore "need not apply"?
