Most of this funding is focused on reducing the mortality rate among women giving birth, and supporting businesses.


Under the corrupt ANC government the west helped put in power you can bet your bottom dollar.

South Africa can thank their lucky stars for the existing apartheid infrastructure and 1st world institutions where the Europeans AND blacks can still find solace and opportunities to survive and to a certain extent flourish.
Cape Town is case in point.
