Theo Paphitis, entrepreneur made famous on dragons den identifies the major factor driving the EU's savings theft in Cyprus. They're using the country as a test case to see if they can get away with their savings 'tax'. If they can you can bet they will get away with it anywhere, no bank account in Europe is safe.
