There are some internet services that allow you to "purchase" digits with your card and thus get your money out of your card.
What would you recommend?
This business with the ATMs is slow and risky. AFAIK the purchases with the cards are not limited or am I wrong?

My card (BOC) is fed from an account that is 'topped-up' from another account...

Now I have drained the current account, I don't expect it to be 'topped up' until the banks re-open and I am unable to transfer funds into it...
