Oh that's nice of them... the same rules that apply to all ... and not the threatening BLACKMAIL we've seen them try to BULLY on little CY for the past few days.

Well, I called it on Sunday that the EU would back down if the Cyprus Parliament voted NO on the proposal. :D

Good call Kikapu, I suspect restrictions will be placed on the amount that can be withdrawn to prevent the herd doing a run on the banks.

They will insist on having the last word or "punish" Cyprus in some way for daring to stand up to them. Probably agree to drip-feed the bail-out funds at high rates of interest and then try and steal the gas in a few years time.
