The last time (1978) Greece tried to delineate its EEZ, Turkey tried the same trick and Greece would not surrender Cyprus.

So why should it surrender Cyprus now when its usefulness in terms of Gas finds is proven?

Even the British knew the Greeks had a case but refused to take sides over two NATO members.

Only France stuck its neck out to publicly support Greece.

It's called conjecture Demonax. Is Greece prepared to give up something so that Cyprus can be genuinely free from Turkey? Greece and its CIA masters caused the invasion, Greek bankrupcy has nearly broken Cyprus, it's time for Greece to pay up for what it has done to the island.

Greece has done nothing to the island. They are not to pay anything to anyone. The only one who has to pay up is Turkey. Turkey needs a square kick in the butthole

Okay, Jerry. Was a bit unclear why Erdogan was making so many references to Greece in resolving the Cyprus issue. Greece has been pretty hands-off in the talks. Not sure that Greece is in a position to offer the Turks anything though. Turks don't have much of a legal case and the Law of the Sea is part of EU law.
