So now according to you, the EU is forcing Cyprus to take bailout money and the Republic is begging so hard for it. if this is the case, why has it taken so long to reach a memorandum of understanding and an agreement?
if both sides are begging for the same thing, who is stopping it from going ahead? Is it Turkey who thinks that the Troika should give Cyprus's bailout funds to her so that she can hold it in escrow pending a comprehensive settlement?
