Its less to do about [getting] them to leave but more to do about Erdogan [taking] his own advice, withdrawing from Cyprus so the peace process can start.

There will never be a solution in Cyprus not because of a debate you had with Pyro but because Turkey cant take her own advice but instead, displays double standards and hypocrisy. By your own admission, Turkey has to be made to practice what she preaches and her bird brain has limitations along with a severe lack of (no) credibility where backwardness and illegitimacy prevails. This is why there will never be a solution in Cyprus.

Turkey doesn't give a flying finger about the TCs. If the TC want to drive Turkey out of Cyprus they have to rise against Turkey in a violent or peaceful way, and make a plea to the world to change Turkey's mind about Cyprus..

The Republic of Cyprus's aim is to make Turkey's occupation of Cyprus as financially, strategically and diplomatically costly as possible. In that sense, it has achieved great success.

And Turkey is doing a good job of getting rid of the TCs. The GCs haven't had to lift a finger.
