Even more bust-a-gut gems from the EU "minister" of the Turkey-Kurdistan Confederation, Bagis the Clown, following a meeting with French leaders in Paris, reported in the press.

...“European Union needs a new way of thinking to accelerate its relations with Turkey. Turkey is an inseparable part of the EU for it to realize its target of enlargement and influencing neighboring countries’ policies. Turkey’s full membership to the Union would create a ‘win-win’ situation,” Bağış said, in a conference titled, “Turkey for a New Europe.”...
... which begs the question since when has Turkey-Kurdistan been a part of the EU, whether separable or inseparable or in any other way and whether the Clown has ever studied Geography... ?
... and if you thought that was funny, Bagis the Clown obviously on a roll and never, ever one to leave an audience with just one laugh went on to say...
...“Turkey has undergone a huge socio-economic transformation in the last decade. We have established impressive economic development and political stability due to structural reforms. We believe our membership can provide a variety of solutions to the EU’s current problems,”..
Bagis the Clown then went on to giveaway the real motive for his visit which was to pursue "visa liberalisation', to allow free travel to the EU... as if the EU is gonna grab the chance to fill the Union with hundreds of thousands of Bagis look-alikes...
Egemen Bagis... the Circus Clown who's always good for a couple of laughs ... and not much else.
