Has anyone from England gone over and set up a bussiness from scratch in Cyprus if so what are the pitfalls

Iy is much easier nwo that Cyprus is in the EU. You will need to get an Alien Card stamped 'Employed' and register with the releavnt Department to make Social Security contributions.
Gte a good lawyer and and accountant. Cypriot competitors will not always fight fair
