Back to the ancients and philosophy. I applaud you, but tell me how does one control thought? Unregulated thought can be just as dangerous.

Back to the ancients and philosophy. I applaud you, but tell me how does one control thought? Unregulated thought can be just as dangerous.

But at least people will be thinking as one of the issues with organised religion is that it is often anti-thought,and demands blind obedience, just in case one thinks of the ultimate heresy, that the organised church is a con-trick.

I look at Church buildings and the icons in them, and magnificent and beautiful as some are, are they to the glory of God or of Man?

I am not saying there is no God, there may well be some being who created the universe, I do not know, its that I tend to see Yaweh/God/Allah as being made in Man's image.

When you dream do you think for I know some only think after the dream has gone and then there are those that forget. Is forgetting not a good way to deal with the past?
