Places to Sell Used Books/Have Booksale

Postby PseudoAnonymous » Mon Feb 11, 2013 6:25 pm

Hi all,

I intend on going abroad in the near future, and have dozens of books of varying condition that I would like to get rid of. Ideally, my first and foremost hope is selling them and making at least some money - so I would like to hear ideas as to how to best achieve this. All thoughts/suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Polis has an Ex-Pat community that runs book sales and has at least one permanent book shop in Polis selling books second hand. Or, you can set-up a stall on the Wednesday market just outside Paphos centre.

Try the Polis and Latchi Magazine.

Thanks for all of your replies! I somehow managed to forget to mention that I am in Limassol - so if anyone else is willing to give me a few suggestions, please have in mind that I live in Limassol. :-)

So how does this flea market things work? Are there people there who can buy all books at once for a negotiated price or you have to stay there and sell the books one by one yourself?
